Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SD Sparkle's services and communications. By engaging with SD Sparkle as an employee or client, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SD Sparkle provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the San Diego, California area. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. SMS Messaging

SD Sparkle may send SMS messages to employees and authorized contacts for work-related purposes including:

• Scheduling reminders and job assignments
• Availability requests (sent on the 1st and 15th of each month)
• Self-review form links (sent bi-weekly)
• Overtime and job-status alerts
• General company communications

By providing your mobile phone number to SD Sparkle, you consent to receive these messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

• Respond to scheduling communications in a timely manner
• Complete self-review forms when requested
• Maintain professional conduct while representing SD Sparkle

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and service requirements
• Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
• Pay for services as agreed upon at booking
• Provide reasonable notice (24 hours minimum) for cancellations or rescheduling

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior arrangement has been made. SD Sparkle accepts payment via the methods disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. SD Sparkle reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

SD Sparkle's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or losses beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

SD Sparkle may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
