We bill at $60 per labor hour, the same rate in every neighborhood we serve. Do I need a deep clean before starting regular cleaning?
No. Most people go straight onto a recurring plan. We only suggest a deep clean first if the home genuinely needs catching up, and if you start a plan at the same time we take 10% off it monthly or 15% twice-monthly.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Twice-monthly suits most families with children or pets. Monthly works well for smaller households or homes that stay tidy between visits. Weekly is usually for larger homes or short-term rentals. You can change frequency at any time.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. All supplies, tools and equipment are included in the price. If you prefer we use your products, or you have sensitivities, tell us when you book and we will work with what you have.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Every SD Sparkle cleaner is background checked, and the company is licensed and insured. We send the same team wherever scheduling allows, so they learn your home.
