We do the walkthrough and quote as normal. Their $25 comes off that first clean.
3. You get yours
Once their first clean is done, $25 comes off your next visit automatically. Nothing to claim.

One rate, everywhere, written down
$60 per labor hour whether the house is in Chula Vista or Rancho Santa Fe. No coastal surcharge, no “we’ll see when we get there”. We quote per visit and confirm it at the walkthrough, so nobody is surprised on the day.
Non-toxic is the standard, not an upsell
Plant-based products on every job at no extra cost — no chlorine bleach, no ammonia, no synthetic fragrance. Ask for fragrance-free and you get genuinely unscented, which is not the same thing. It matters if there is a baby on the floor, a dog, or anyone with asthma.

Before and after, on every visit. Not to prove a point — so that if something ever is not right, there is a record rather than a disagreement.
